THE PRODUCT
IGL Aegis is a state of the art, multi award-winning anti corrosion coating that is rewriting the rule book on what is possible for your 4x4, work horse, RV, classic car or family commuter.Validated against over 13 industrial global standards for heavy duty industrial use, IGL Aegis outperforms the competition in every aspect from lifespan to abrasion resistance, impact resistance as well as chemical resistance.
HOW IT WORKS IGL Aegis is a unique transparent silicone hybrid resin based 2k paint system reinforced with graphene to boost performance and mechanical properties. IGL Aegis boasts strong hydrophobic properties to resist dirt, mud, grease, oil and salt for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
BENEFITS 1. Corrosion ProtectionProtects against all corrosion such as rust, acid, alkaline and chemicals for up to 15 years in C5 highly corrosive environments.2. Hydrophobic Self CleaningResists dirt, mud, grim and grease, making is considerably easier to pressure wash and clean the underside of your vehicle after an off-road trip or rainy weather driving. 3. Clear and VersatileUnlike oil or tar based alternatives, IGL Aegis will not alter the look of your vehicle after application. It is also safe to use on plastics and various other surfaces making it easy to apply over suspension components and other numerous parts under your vehicle with no impact to performance. 4. Does not require regular top ups unless the coating is damaged via Xtreme off-roading at which point we can reapply the coating.
